Working as an Event Planner I am responsible for organising and managing Operational elements for a range of EMEA Summits. Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Operations Lead to produce hotel, conference facilities and F&B specifications. Taking on the operations lead in smaller summits and seminars within the EMEA portfolio, this includes liaising with event venues, AV & Production and working with the larger teams within Gartner to ensure all attendee needs are met. Manage the overall relationship with Chargebox supplier and manage the Chargebox logistics for every EMEA Summit Manage travel and venue logistics for Gartner Associates Create and manage event graphics Manage Summit budgets - track, forecast and reconcile complex event budgets Evaluate the event experience - prepare post event analysis reports and debriefs for the logistic team.
