There are at least 260,000 kids that enter into the Foster Care System each year. These kids will likely literally be ripped out of the only home they have known and will take little to no belongings with them. No matter how old the child is, the fact that they are losing everything (even if it is a bad situation) is very demeaning. We aim to help to provide some level of dignity by providing them with their very own piece of luggage (suitcase &/or duffle bag) so they can begin to have their very own items.

This encompasses Electronic Prescribing, Electronic Medical Records, Personal Health Records, Medication History, and other HIT related items. We also actively worked with all automation that is within our Pharmacies. This includes several vendors and ways of assisting our staff to better serve our patients. Selected Results:
• Developed and implemented strategy that took us from 100,000 Electronic Prescriptions per month to 10 million per month
• Tested, developed, created a business case, received approval and rolled out new pieces of automation for our 8,000 stores nationwide
• Developed a training program for our Pharmacy Technicians

3) Pharmacy Technician -- I worked as an In-Patient Pharmacy Technician. I spent most of my time in the IV room making TPN's and IV bags for patients. I also made various compounds and prepared daily medication carts.
