Experiences : - Acted as the senior personnel who provide advice and work along side the medior and junior QA team members. - The go-to person for emergency debugging and urgent issue resolution. - Designed necessary test plan on different kind and stage of development and carrying out test execution with the leader endorsement. - Liaised with people from other product team members to make sure comprehensive quality checking. 2nd year : Accommodation team -> The technology team that deliver access to purchase and manage accommodation product (hotel and non-hotel). There are 3 tribes available under the unit; Supply, Demand, & Extranet. Experiences : - Assigned to the Demand tribe which handle user facing functions to search, select, purchase, and manage accommodation order. - Contributed to provide testing strategy from the feature discussion until release. - Produced clean and concise yet thorough test cases and defect documentations for efficient work. - Executed tests on 4 platforms (desktop web, mobile web, iOS, Android) as well as on API level. - Investigated issue happening to a feature or a flow to find the possible root cause and then inform or suggest feedback to the product manager or the developer.

- Last 5 months : Core Apps + Core Design team (maintaining Bukalapak apps overall performance and developing design components to be used by all product teams). Experiences : - Analyzed product requirement to understand problem to be solved and goal to be achieved, which then continue with defining the necessary quality measurement to be executed throughout development. - Created documents pertaining to the testing activities, which also be used as a report. - Involved in early stage evaluation of a product ideation to provide fresh perspective, as both a user and the engineer. - Learned and explored various QA practices.
- Took a turn for three months as a Scrum Master for Personalization and Recommendation team, in which gaining skill as a facilitator who brings out uniqueness from each team members through engaging scrum retrospective event to cultivate better collaboration. - Worked for around one and half years as Software Quality Analyst, who mostly do the analytical and executing manual testing only, then for another one and half years as Test Engineer, a merger role that perform both manual test and write automation test script.
- Wrote automation test script using gherkin, python, ruby, and java for API, web, Android and iOS app automation test.
