Award-winning fundraising project: Authored, edited, and managed a fundraising cookbook for Hong Kong’s Clearwater Bay School, raising $20,000, which was recognized by Gourmand International as Best Fundraising Cookbook in Hong Kong and Best Fundraising Cookbook in Asia at the 2013 Paris Cookbook Fair at the Louvre.
