Efforts included:
• Scenario development informed by market intelligence and analysis of Technology, Customer, Policy, and Market trends
• Competitive analysis of peer utilities and other, new entrants into utility sector (tech giants, auto OEMS, oil and gas)
• Risk evaluation of assumptions in resource planning and sustainability processes
• Assessed >$1billion of market potential for new transportation and building electrification products and services using market analytics, consumer trend/propensity modeling, partnership due diligence, and reviewing M&A opportunities. Completed two "gig" assignments:
1. Developed a customer pipeline for fleet electric vehicle (EV) support equipment that integrated federal funding, social justice initiatives, and customer need.
2. Supported business development for Federal program by identifying opportunities, engaging appropriate stakeholders (at all levels), and leveraging deep knowledge of government contracting options/processes (e.g., ESPC, UESC, EUL, etc.).
