In Australia, Luxottica comprises OPSM, Laubman & Pank, Budget Eyewear and Sunglass Hut. With a global presence, Luxottica own many other retail brands and have proprietary rights for Rayban, Oakley, Persol, Oliver Peoples, Alain Mikli, Arnette and Vogue Eyewear. Responsibilities and key achievements: • Responsible for franchise recruitment marketing and franchise local area marketing within the optical franchising division for OPSM and Laubman & Pank.
• Prepared and authored a submission for the Franchise Council of Australia national awards (Innovation in Franchising) which was subsequently shortlisted as a finalist.
• Successfully planned and executed the National OPSM & Laubman and Pank Franchise Partner National Conference in Cairns, QLD.
• Prepared case studies and marketing collateral to aid the recruitment of new franchises.
• Developed on-boarding marketing and PR launch plan for Luxottica’s largest independent acquisition comprising 13 stores in 1 state.
