This position involves troubleshooting and supporting users with desktop applications and hardware for all of Provo campus employees. The range of tools include and aren't limited to: Microsoft SCSM, SCCM 07, SCCM Client center, SharePoint 2010, Remedy, SAP, Putty, Active Directory. Also, we provide global monitoring support for all markets and escalate system issues / outages to other IT teams within Nu Skin Enterprises. We provide global monitoring support via Nagios XI. We are the central point of communication for Nu Skin IT and the business and are involved in resolving all problems whether it is an individual user issue or a systems problem affecting multiple users and markets.
