• Oversaw the design and construction of new-build theatre locations, delivering an experience that replicated the AMC brand in look, feel, and quality
• Continuously focused on evolving offerings and amenities to increase alignment with localized, cultural expectations through innovating the experience, improving cost control, and elevating speed to market
• Directed the development of a dual-language website and app that were simultaneously capable of toggling between Arabic and English, fully replicating the US customer experience
• Established a fully regionalized version of all HR Operations and functions, supporting a corporate office that expanded to 70 associates and more than 500 field associates
• Directed the development of all Food & Beverage (F&B) concepts, including a core F&B program, café program, made-to-order hot foods program, ‘mocktail’ program, and a merchandising program
• Relationship owner for all vendor partners overseeing selection of each product, negotiation, forecasting and importation challenges
• Developed the F&B retail experience design including equipment placement, customer choreography, and packaging/marketing
• Transitioned to the United Kingdom/Ireland to oversee a team in the acceleration, correction, and improvement of the international digital F&B strategy
• Designed a strategy addressing the four critical barriers to success — Technology, Fulfillment, Messaging, and Talent
• Relaunched strategy grew per person spend by .16p, improved unit per person purchases by 20% and was further expanded across Europe
