• Project management related to human resources, such as system implementations, policy changes, and process improvements.
• Oversee regulatory compliance in all human resources areas, including labor laws, payroll regulations, benefits, and data privacy.
• Lead human resources operations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support for team members' professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop strategies and solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
• Manage the human resources department budget, optimizing available resources and procuring an efficient use of funds.
• Identify and implement automation on processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors in HR operations.
