Responsible for defining territory strategy, identifying key targets, thoughtful prospecting to gain access and managing the sales process. Build, maintain, and manage a robust pipeline and move opportunities efficiently and effectively through the sales process. Develop strategic relationships, internally and externally. Create ‘MicroEvents to drive access to C-Level suite. Close new business to meet or exceed quota quarterly and annually. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity. Partner with Service and Implementation to fully realize revenue. Maintain client base to up-sell and cross-sell. Establishing sales targets to meet company objectives. Develop annual sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth, employee development and customer satisfaction for the organization. Implement sales policies and practices. Recommends sales strategies for DM sales improvement based field visits and feedback. Implement approved distribution strategies. Create campaigns to drive interdivision sales opportunities. Overall understanding of the Houston marketplace and its complexities.
