Collaborated with Developers to design and test new technology including the launch of a mobile marketing tool, MLS mapping platform, and oversaw new MLS integrations. Created curriculum, training guides, and manuals for proprietary tools and technology. Designed, implemented, and managed the ticketing and chat support channels and conducted data analysis on network behavior, employee performance, and trends. Created comprehensive support services systems that allowed team to address 3x the requests in half the time compared to the industry average.
