Leadership Development
• Formulated and executed a robust leadership development strategy, providing valuable recommendations for organizational growth and talent enhancement. Then as an executive sponsor, played a pivotal role in driving a leadership development initiative for senior leaders focused on reinforcing cultural expectations and desired behaviors.
Learning Design and Implementation • Pioneered the development and implementation of the University's inaugural SharePoint intranet site, contributing to enhanced communication and collaboration. Introduced internal curated training content pages, fostering self-paced development among associates. • Developed and delivered customized learning programs for specific departments at the request of department chairs.
New Hire Orientation | Onboarding
• Oversaw, facilitated, and continually refined a New Hire Orientation program for an average of 17 new hires/month.
Organizational Development
• Collaborated with Associate Experience team (HR) colleagues by coaching associates, participating in employee relations and Title IX investigations and supporting strategic planning initiatives for AE and the University.
