Jan. 2004 - Dec. 2022Cumming, Georgia, United StatesRevolutionized the way the company conducted business by systemizing, automating, and adding manufacturing machinery, an evolution which led to a 10X production capacity expansion and 4X increase in sales over the course of 3-years. 🔹 Virtualized operations by procuring and implementing SolidWorks 3D Professional and became superuser which raised company’s credibility in the industry, enabled remote collaboration with engineers and machine builders, and allowed for file sharing, offering prototypes, designs, and various other edits in real-time 🔹 Procured CNC Mill & CNC Lathes and self-taught CNC programming and operations to increase machining capacity by 10X without adding staff, which enabled the creation of exact replicas, mass production, and live editing to existing products to offer variations and meet tolerances 🔹 Increased inventory, reduced shipping time, and cut manual lubricant blending hours ~50% by installing several 330-gallon blending tanks 🔹 Cut system costs by 10-15% and reduced reliance on vendors by creating CNC programs for dozens of components which enabled mass production and on-site component inventory 🔹 Architected a 10-digit “system nomenclature” with capacity to encompass millions of variations of applicators, along with an interactive spreadsheet for price tracking, which automated the costing function 🔹 Developed a foot operated pneumatic system with 350° spray pattern which reclaims use of PAG oil, saving over $100K in costs annually – Reproduced invention and sold product to multiple lines in all 6 plans in North America 🔹 Invented several pneumatic systems to automate lubricating process for three food processing plans, worked with vendors to develop environmentally sound lubricant, and achieved FDA NSF H1 certification for indirect food contact – Saved company $100K’s in costs annually 🔹 Implemented business continuity plan during COVID pandemic which prevented any loss to business operations
