receiving the material checking the material to be consistent with the branding guidelines)
Ordering and managing office supplies
Handling ARIBA orders
Organizing cycle meetings
Managing the budget for the Oncology Department
Keeping and updating various records of: patient flow, accruals, forecast and others,relevant for the business.
Spend Management, Invoice Management, Payment Management and Contract Management (SAP, Enterprise Resource Planning-ARIBA). Supervising the inventory and distribution of marketing materials (SALESFORCE). Managing the purchasing and contracting functions for the department. Relationship management, working with legal and professional staff. Handling business correspondence, translations, presentations.
