Office management including reception, ordering supplies, maintaining multiple parish calendars, space usage and clerical activities, arranging for repairs for office equipment. ● Advise Rector and Director of Operations on procurement of technology and supplies related to running of parish ● Provide coordination and oversight management for liturgies, internal and external events, educational opportunities, and performances, including registration, staffing, hospitality, space use, resource needs, technology and security ● Oversee and manage contracts for tenants and events and ensure smooth event experience for all involved. ● Direct and coordinate weekly volunteers to ensure smooth liturgies and events ● Work with parishioners on a wide variety of concerns, including arrangements for baptism, weddings, funerals, receptions and other events, consulting closely with the rector ● Maintain calendar of required reports and registrations for all diocesan and national church submissions ● Maintain congregant database (excluding financial aspects) ● Serve as the “first face” for people interacting with St. Luke’s in communication and in person so that they know that they, their time, and their resources are valued and important and their concerns have been addressed in a timely manner ● Produce, edit, compile, and execute bulletins for weekly liturgies
