Mark Wedderburn is the CEO of Development Consortium International (DCI), where he leads IT consulting and software delivery initiatives across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. With over 30 years of experience in project management, software development, and strategic IT leadership, Mark has guided DCI in delivering enterprise solutions for major financial institutions, government agencies, and leading Jamaican conglomerates. His portfolio includes building a PKI Digital Certificate Authority for the Government of Antigua & Barbuda, managing a 24/7 government data centre in Anguilla for 12 years, and delivering platforms for clients including JMMB, JN Life Insurance, and Lasco Financial Services. As a Genexus Certified Analyst, Mark developed a fortnightly/monthly payroll system for a security company managing over 600 employees, as well as a specialized factory performance-based payroll for one of the manufacturing entities of a major Jamaican conglomerate. Mark is passionate about leveraging technology — including AI tools and modern development platforms — to drive operational transformation and empower businesses.
