•Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to address HR-related challenges seeking innovative solutions and promoting a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
•Spearheaded training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting career advancement and succession planning initiatives.
•Assist department heads and team leads in submitting expenses, reimbursements, and solely responsible for payroll in the PEO system Insperity.
