• Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, driving talent development, performance, and retention. • Collaborate with Talent CoE to design and implement talent strategies, ensuring seamless integration into daily operations. • Leverage HR data and analytics to inform human capital management decision-making, track team performance, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives. • Lead organizational development efforts, including reviews and change management, to enhance efficiency, agility, and innovation. • Provide leadership coaching to enhance team effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture. • Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) initiatives to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent. • Collaborate with People teams to develop and implement programs, processes, and policies that support organizational growth and culture.
