Transformation for National Guard, Marine Corps, Naval Special Warfare. • Accountable for IT, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, RMF accreditation, system architecture, software development, testing, deployment, training, Help Desk, Tech Support, product ownership, agile coaching, and compliance. • Coordinate with Shared Services and Executives to promote the availability of resources and remove blocks to delivery - Accounting, Contracts, HR, Corp. IT, and Security/Compliance; CEO, President, and CFO. Direct report to President. • Develop Division Goals from corporate goals. Support division in achieving personal and Division goals through professional development, and opportunities, provide guidance/mentoring developing and achieving goals, reviewing, and evaluating the team. Distribute bonuses, raises, and promotions based on achievement. • Resource management across matrixed teams including project staffing, software, hardware, materials, and outside support. • Monitor contracts, reports, deliverables, KPIs, and CPARS to validate compliance. Develop and strengthen stakeholder relationships. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and risk reduction.
