As a Communication Manager, I lead the Communication and Technology Team to develop and execute campaigns that promote the union's goals and values. With over 5 years of experience in teaching and consulting on digital marketing, I apply my knowledge and skills to create engaging and impactful content for union members and the public. I am passionate about innovation and education in communication and creative economics. That's why I am pursuing a Master's degree in this field at Universidade Católica de Brasília, while also hosting a podcast on digital culture and trends. My mission is to co-create new ideas and solutions that can benefit people and organizations in a changing world.

All of this materializes in my joy and responsibility of being the product owner of eSindilegis, our union management system, and Sindilegis Mais, our relationship and benefits app, designed especially for Sindilegis members.

During my tenure, I performed the following activities and responsibilities: Creating campaigns: We were responsible for developing strategies and planning campaigns to promote Sindilegis' goals and values. Our campaigns aimed to raise awareness, engage union members, and promote relevant causes. Team management: As managers, we led teams, ensuring that activities were efficient and effective. We assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to team members. Union management: We actively participate in union management, representing the interests of union members and participating in negotiations. We defend their rights, seek improvements in working conditions and guarantee the implementation of policies that benefit the category. Event production: We were responsible for producing events for Sindilegis, such as the "Pensar Brasil" congress and the "Sindilegis Cup." We plan, organize and execute events that promote interaction between union members and address issues relevant to the category. Development of award-winning campaigns: We had the privilege of leading award-winning campaigns, such as "Orangery," "How Not to Be an Jerk" (2022 and 2023), and "Don't Let Violence Rule" (2021). These campaigns demonstrated our ability to create relevant, impactful content that achieved external recognition.
