• Face-to-Face customer support based on on-the-spot ticket creation and direct walk interaction for HPE Enterprise employees located in Romania (over 2500)
• Tech Support with advanced Active Directory functions, Hardware repair and replacement, Software upgrade, installation and repair of all HP PC's (desktop / laptop / server / tablet / AIO)
• Asset management and stock management via CITRIX, keeping track of spare items in stock, updating on weekly basis a report and send it to the stockroom manager
• Providing new joiners with their equipment, properly installed/configured in accordance with HPE’s standards
• Repair the laptops on-the-spot by changing the broken components / File recovering
• Support for Email, common enterprise applications, computer provisioning, VPN and other services
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques to determine if a face-to-face interaction at the office is needed or not (due to pandemic restrictions)
• Offering consultancy for a various range of technical services from Active Directory and Exchange to Cloud, Applications Setup and usage, Networking and Office
