Nov. 2015 - Feb. 2020Carrollton, TexasWhen I joined The Trade Group in November 2015, I was tasked with building the company’s internal Marketing department from scratch and growing inbound sales. Previously, the company’s sales were primarily driven by outbound efforts, with no true marketing campaigns dedicated to inbound marketing. At TTG, I oversee strategic direction and all activities related to marketing the company’s trade show exhibitry, live event and esports solutions. My efforts resulted in doubling new inbound sales in 2016. After implementing software and various marketing campaigns, my team generated TENS OF MILLIONS in proposals as a direct result of inbound marketing efforts in 2017. In 2018, we added even more robust software into our mar-tech stack, as well as implemented many other marketing initiatives (email campaigns, case studies, blog posts, social media, new product launches, press releases, trade shows, in-house events, awards, etc.) that increased our inbound proposal revenue by 46% as well as inbound sales over the prior year. For 2019, we are on track to increase our inbound proposal revenue by another 41%.
