• Manage a group of equipment trainers who train all equipment operators at the distribution center and store planning.
• Create various brochures, videos, and other materials to give out important employee information.
• Manage video editor who uses written scripts and outlines to complete the training videos.
• Create and manage our Digital Signage account used on our breakroom TV's for announcements, safety topics, weather, and more. Site Administrator for the WorkKeys Testing program: • Oversees the entire WorkKeys program for Hobby Lobby Distribution
• Receive requests and entered into system
• Answer any and all questions that the test proctor isn’t able to answer.
• Answer questions and explain the process/reasoning behind this test to management
• Send scores to ACT & Oklahoma Career Tech.
• Make sure the WorkKeys certificates are framed and sent to the employees in a timely manner.
