Strategically shifted training approach to online learning resulting in time and money savings as well as a dramatic increase in participation rate across the company - Sales training rate jumped to 90% from 30%. Created and instituted a PMO process, centralized, standardized and automated documentation and reporting through JIRA, and created metrics and efficiencies – reduced project cycle time by 50% and eliminated backlog. Upskilled PMs by developing skills in project planning, needs analysis, project documentation, leading through influence, problem solving, and decision making – ensured all PMs earned Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Assessed and coordinated design teams to ensure all 15,000 Paychex employees are knowledgeable about products, services, and systems – sales increased by 14% YOY. Implemented an automated process for training requests and SLA – improved learning request response time to within a 24-hour timeframe, down from 10 days, for multiple business units. Led Kaizen workshop that reduced dedicated hours associated with business as usual project requests from 1190 hours to 760 hours per month saving $150K/year in labor while improving effectiveness. Initiated and participated in new cross-functional team with IT, Marketing, Sales, Training, and Product Development to unite strategies and partnering. Created and trained all employees in a new Quarterly Launch Process for better new product momentum. Proposal in process to stand- up a company wide centralized PMO. Received a remarkable 100% performance rating from employee engagement survey.
