• Built Support Department from the ground up. Including procedure, knowledgebase, manuals, training guidelines and more.
• Saw company through its startup phase with 75 clients up to 1000.
• Trained, supervised, and evaluated support staff.
• Wrote training curriculum used by the sales department when training new clients or pitching to potential customers.
• Worked very closely with other department heads to ensure the needs of clients were met; development, web design, CEO.
• Communicate with development on customer feature requests, bug fixes and more. Suggest new features to the software to improve client use. Acted as liaison between support and development.
• Provide services for Dealerships for inventory management, web hosting. • Oversaw day to day operations of department, customer retention, and new signups.
