Dec. 2022Arlington, Virginia, United States• Facilitate successful implementation of a Communications Plan traveling to 3 states and collaborating with up to 65 public safety leaders to ensure effective communication during critical incidents. • Manage daily inputs for Comms Collab, a NIWIC mission-critical system, to provide technical assistance to a CISA program, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing for incident response. • Provide project management support to all technical assistance requests in the eastern sector, averaging 200+ per quarter, maintaining high-quality and timely delivery of services. • Present monthly pivot charts and tables demonstrating program performance to senior leadership at PMR meetings, resulting in improved understanding of program outcomes and more informed decision-making. • Manage contract documents and artifacts for the Eastern Sector of CISA, ensuring timely and accurate completion of deliverables while adhering to tight deadlines. • Manage DHS's internal communications system (CATT), responding to requests and approvals for external affairs, and ensuring effective communication between internal stakeholders. • Serve as technical chief for the Washington DC Interoperability Summit, providing hybrid audio-visual support for over 500 participants, ensuring a smooth and successful event. • Travel to various states throughout the year to facilitate client meetings and complete live capture updates to state official documents, thereby maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and maintaining the accuracy of important documents. • Consistently delivering high-quality products on tight deadlines, including drafting Statewide Communications Interoperability Plans (SCIP), status reports, creating and managing contract documents and artifacts, and other contract deliverables.
