A brief description of what I have done are as follows: -In these departments I am required to develop the BRAND in terms of awareness, equity and market share. It requires me to identify ways of getting the brand to the mass market through appropriate channels and the right budget. I have to also develop short term and long term strategies to develop the brands and products. I develop each product in the product line to make it more effective and efficient especially in the production line and also develop competitive pricing strategies so that our brand and products can be more competitive in the market. -For the INDUSTRY sector, I have to appraise the industry we are targeting and develop marketing and sales strategy to effectively penetrate the market. I will have to service our industrial partners and customers and form a solid partnership with them. -In the ONLINE sector, I have to emulate the strategies for the traditional market in the digital market. I oversee and manage the development of the websites, our online sales channels as well as contents for social media. I have to also actively create advertising strategies and marketing communication plans for both market channels and both short and long term as well. - For ROADSHOW/EVENTS I team up with external parties such as NGO's and also educational organisations focusing on Green products, environmental efforts and also organic product communities to create events and roadshows to communicate all these awareness and also educate the general public on going green and how we can be more environmentally friendly either through educational materials or through our products.
