Magistrates Courts, Family Courts to Crown Courts including Cardiff, Haverford West, Swansea, Llanelli, Pontypridd, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, W-S-M, Taunton, Newton Abbot, Exeter, Plymouth, Bodmin & Truro. Main activities were to meet the appointed Court Staff onsite for a “Kick-Off” presentation (Powerpoint) explaining what would be changing over the next 14 weeks, then gathering all the technical info for what devices and applications were in use and setting aside what would be required to be replaced with new Tech. to allow swap out of Devcices running Win 7 to Windows 10 & Office 365 incl. InTune MDM to be implemented, culminating in a “Go Live” day at the end of the process when all would be switched on to Windows 10. Achievements: All courts successfully switched over on the stated “Go-Live” Days without any major issue. Many lessons learnt and passed on to other teams to allow smoother and imporved times on their Go Live days. Rollout was successful at all locations utilising Officeo365/16 for MDM (MS InTune) via SCCM for some 8,000 – 10,000 users across many court sites.
