My role was to ensure client retention and renewal across all clients within the EMEA Region. I worked with CMOs and Marketing professionals to ensure that their strategic objectives were met and that their webcasting programme matched their overall marketing strategy. My primary aim was to deliver value, whether that was as a trusted adviser or a consultant to their specific webcast programme. I worked with three dedicated Customer Success Managers and actively implemented processes which allowed both the Sales and Customer Success arms of the business to succeed. With an extensive client base I have experience of working with clients of all sizes from the largest Enterprise (IBM, Oracle, EY, Qlik and SAP) to a new SMB (The Innovation Group and Misys) across a number of different verticals.
