As Communications Lead, responsible for the delivery of weekly digital newsletters hosted on an internal employee portal. Execution of 2 site-wide town hall events held off-site to accommodate at least 1,000 attendees. Managed leadership development programs. Certified facilitator for leadership and professional development classroom, and virtual-instructor led courses such as Managing at Citi, Coaching for Results, 5 Steps to Better Work Life Balance, among others.
