• Train new personnel and new office administrators in all office HRIS
• Respond to all Verification of Employment written and verbal requests
• Conduct New Hire Orientations
• Responsible for I9 Management and E-Verify • Facilitate Department of Homeland Security Program: Secure ID • Drug and Alcohol assessments • Leave of Absence Administrator (including Substance Abuse Program and Fitness for Duty) • Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
• Respond and participate in multistate unemployment hearings in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and coaching to branch management team during acquisitions • Process and review background checks • Investigate Hotline calls • Manage DOT quarterly random drug testing program • Process monthly invoices • Provide daily departmental support by responding to and fulfilling requests for information via fax, phone, mail and courier
