Metro Area (Remote)• Led the Global data migration project from Belden Internal Toolbox to Salesforce.com including: Administer Salesforce.com, including, working within current process to maintain: users, roles, security, profile, workflow rules, customization, report and dashboard development, data management, and support for AppExchange applications.
• Provide Level 2 on-going support, and act as the primary contact with Salesforce.com support.
• Assisting with “train the trainer” program, training people of the use of Salesforce.com.
• Managing mass imports and exports of data as needed.
• Maintain current customizations, including the assignment rules.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization with business users for improvements.
• Working with the business to make the tool more effective, including customization of fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
• Being the leader to support the goals of Belden and how those goals are supported by the Salesforce application
