Lead and direct monthly program presentations to the large portfolio with regular reports for innovative and new services, as well as participating in Quarterly Business Reviews and Requests for Proposals, when needed. Ensure all program documentation is complete, current, stored appropriately and consumable for the site team to fully execute for the end user.
