Achieving high employee engagement by recruiting the right people to match the clinic`s culture.
• PM Responsibilities: Implementing protocols, policies to aid smooth operation of the practice; creating compliance file, training team members ( reception, nurses) on patient communication; lead regular staff meetings. Implementing Performance Measurement systems to make sure we reach operational goals.
• Business Management responsibilities: Creating and implementing marketing strategy to drive business growth, monitor return on investment, working closely with creative team, enhance patient journey, implement treatment coordination, create strategic plan for future growth, closely monitor business performance,monitoring essential KPI s to allow informative business decisions • Business Development responsibilities: Strategic planning to meet business objectives , such us reach financial , clinical , marketing and HR targets., assist in business extension by supervising the purchase process of two other clinics, doing market research on new locations etc.
