Identify internal norms and guidelines as promulgated by Risk Management, Compliance, and Information Technology; ● Develop a roadmap and manage the program of work to achieve agreed levels of compliance with internal/external standards; ● Be the primary contact with IT to manage the provision of services required; ● Manage engagement with internal stakeholders securing Compliance approval for Compliance projects, coordinating and prioritizing the response to audit findings; ● Participate in strategy development focusing on aligning aspirations to introduce new procedures and solutions with required technology capabilities. ● Foster an environment where compliance is valued and easily integrates into workstreams. ● Coordinating with the central PM function managing, planning, organizing, implementing, and delivering various Compliance projects from project initiation through to project completion and handover. ● Coordinating multi-disciplinary firm-wide Compliance projects varying in size and complexity, including o Scope confirmation; o Definition of implementation approach; o Milestone tracking; o Management of project risks, issues, and dependencies. ● Preparing project implementation plan – needed resources, time, and cost ● Preparing business requirements specifications documents if project resources outside of Compliance are required ● Communicating with IT and Data Analytics teams where required ● Validating project plan with stakeholders ● Coordinating project execution/implementation execution within Compliance ● Communicating and documenting project life cycle, including any scope changes, delays, or overrun ● Assessment of stakeholder satisfaction during the course of the project and post Implementation ● Assistance in managing vendor relationships as part of the overall project delivery.
