Mar. 2022Dallas, Texas, United StatesMulti support role with a team of 4, managing projects, problem-solving, advising the CHRO, and overseeing multiple functions. ●Chief of Staff - works closely with the CHRO and Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT) to assist with essential obligations that allows the focus on key decision-making for the function. Assists CHRO in anticipating and averting problems and adding value to the CHRO's vision.
●HR4HR Partner - Partner with various HR leaders and associates, providing human resources guidance in the areas of associate engagement, talent selection, new hire onboarding, leader assimilation, associate relations, performance management and more.
●HR Budget Director - Oversee HR budget planning and forecasting for $38.5M budget. Provides guidance to HR functions to ensure financial processes are aligned. Identifies & flags potential financial and budgetary risks. Responsible for the management/payment of HR contracts & invoices.
●Director of Programs Management - Responsible for coordination of HR programs & strategic initiatives mapped to business objectives to improve organizational performance. Maintain Project Management best-practices and processes, creating tools to facilitate a consistent, repeatable approach of governing and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle. o Change Management - Lead and support function change initiatives by ensuring change efforts meet the business objectives through maximizing associate and leader engagement, successful adoption of new behaviors, new systems and technology. Lead change management activities by leveraging change management methodology, process and tools to create strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
