Dec. 2019 - Mar. 2022Responsible for project management of professional proposals in response to, complex, customer Requests for Proposals/Quotes/Information/Offers, etc. Manages virtual teams of numerous internal and external stakeholders to produce a comprehensive solution tailored to address the customer’s requirements. Responsible for leading and managing the entire lifecycle of the project response process. The primary deliverable includes a professionally produced proposal response document. Currently manages multiple Enterprise and Global projects a month. Focused on meeting and exceeding the clients’ goals with strong communication and Project Management skills. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for building relationships within different organizations of Verizon.
• Analyze clients scope of technical solution requirements
• Conduct a key customer issue analysis
• Following a thorough analysis and assessment create a compliance matrix, project timeline and complete a Global Project Workbook
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. • Delegating tasks on the project to employees and or departments that are best positioned to complete them. • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions are completed on time. • Communicating with executives to keep the project aligned with their goals. • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected from beginning to end.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
