Applied regional expertise, operational knowledge, and tradecraft to enhance the customer’s planning, design, and implementation for strategic communications. Research Design: Conducted survey research, inducing sample identification, instrument development, survey distribution, and response analysis. Worked with third-party vendors to tailor surveys to meet customer objectives. Analysis: Reviewed large data sets of qualitative and quantitative information providing the customer with comprehensive insights into their own organizational strengths and challenge areas. Used Google Analytics and Facebook Insights data to drive growth via web and social media. Lead Generation: Creatively generated operational proposals based on findings and recommendations which led to over 400% increase in unique users to a website, totaling 72 million monthly users.
