Apr. 2014 - Apr. 2019GziraResponsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Muscats Motors as a dealership and in line with each brand’s vision/corporate identity (BMW, BMW Motorrad, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Planning a yearly marketing business plan for each brand using the full marketing mix, while analysing its effectiveness with our consumers by conducting surveys to walk-in customers and via online portals (CRM). Responsible for the company's marketing budget with the aim of maximising return on investment. Liaising directly with each franchise headquarters and work closely with two different area marketing managers who ensures that the market’s implementation of such strategies meets the HQ’s expectations. Handling online marketing (e-mail marketing, social media marketing, Google Ads campaigns), website management and analytics. Creating reach and leads advert to promote our products and linking local authorized websites to generate more reach and increase our database with lead ads. With a special interest into new trends, the marketing annual budget is primarily focused on online marketing strategies and debate its cost-effectiveness in monthly management meetings. Planning, coordinating and execute the company’s events and new product launches while proposing new ideas to our HQ to acquire financial support and/or bonuses. When approved we are set with a demand generation proposition for which we are required to reach certain targets such as unique views on our website, new leads and actual sales to get the financial support. Travel to international conferences, training and meetings when necessary.
Assisting in complaint management and customer care, assisting the General Manager in the general running of the operations through the compilation of reports, presentations, amongst others.
