-Identification of participation in new tradeshows and events, analyzing financial viability and cost-benefit ratio; -Analysis of sponsorship proposals; -Coordination of participation activities in events: selecting service providers, analyzing prices and commercial conditions, carrying out the analysis of the quality of material and / or services, defining lay-outs for stands / spaces, booth suppliers and third party vendors.
-Coordination of the annual sales convention through planning and detailing, from the conception of the idea to its execution (management of promotional mkt agencies, scenography and travel); -Preparation of briefings, monitoring the development of communication materials with the promotion agencies and the supply area, guiding compliance with deadlines, cost reduction and quality assurance; -Controlling contracts related to sponsored events; -Promotion / events budget management by comparing the evolution of expenditures made vs. budgeted in order to keep them within the estimated budget; -Press office: request and evaluate releases related to the launch of products and events, to be sent to the media. Sending products for dissemination. Some events held: Fairs: FRANCAL, Couromoda and ABAD. Events: SPFW, Havaianas Collection launch parades; Carnival booths in Salvador (Contigo-Daniela Mercury Magazine, Quem-Othon Magazine, Expresso 2222, SkolFest); Vogue Fashion’s Night Out, various events at Espaço Havaianas, Kia Summer (Club Med Itaparica), mailings, among others.
