Understand use cases and identify solutions for all industries including Banking/Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, Entertainment/Media, Insurance, Auto, Government, and Non-Profit. As a technical leader on the sales team I drive IBM revenue through in-depth, complex demonstrations, technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts. I provide deep technical, business and leadership skills to customers around implementing and maintaining advanced solutions. I maintain high customer satisfaction through crisis management, problem escalation and mediation.
