My background in Business and Marketing Management, combined with my Leadership training skills has led me to move into the field of Coaching and Mentoring individuals and Organisations with a desire to unlock their true potential and maximise their personal or professional performance.

Personal one on one coaching methods and techniques, unpacking limiting behaviour patterns and helping to set new self defined goals for a person to lead a more positive, impactful and influential life. Identifying and overcoming triggers in ones life that cause negative behaviour. Assisting one in unlocking and instilling positive coping mechanisms in order for one to better self manage themselves.
Consult, Coach and collaborate with Solopreneurs, SME's and Organisations in identifying and modifying maladaptive thoughts or behaviours, either stemming from individuals or divisions within the organisation that impact work flow and performance. Our philosophy is one of "Accountability breeds Empowerment"
To effectively lead and influence others, one must first positively connect with oneself and lead out of oneself.
