-Successfully manage the creation of high-level marketing materials; from producing the creative briefs and storyboards to working with external production partners on a cross-country film shoot in order to create the videos responsible for establishing Motional's brand identity, as well as recruit talent.
-Launched the first consumer-focused education campaign, #DriverlessEd, which averaged 1M pageviews per month, generated an 24% average engagement rate and earned an Honorable Mention from PR Daily's Content Marketing Awards for the Purpose of Brand Awareness.
-Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute impactful always-on engagement campaigns with our Technically Speaking, Minds of Motional, Day In the Life, and Behind the Scenes content series.
-Conceptualize and execute content as part of broader awareness campaigns surrounding company milestones.
-Own the marketing calendar and brainstorm content around relevant initiatives.
-In 2022, Motional achieved the second-highest Share of Voice (SOV) in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) industry. In 2023, we held on to a top 3 position.
-Exceeded digital/social OKRs, consistently growing our cross-network audience 15% YoY while also generating above average engagement rates on our content.
-Volunteered as the Marketing and Events Chair for PRISM, Motional's LGBTQ+ ERG, to demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion in marketing initiatives.
