During my tenure at AVL I was afforded the opportunity to re-create our entire GTM strategy as well as launch the new HR product offering for our business. Meanwhile, the positive impact I created on already existing business equated to reduced client churn by over 30% while increasing client satisfaction and decreasing client discounts and credits. Total cost of services decreased over 50% and bill rates were increased on an average of 5%. The most rewarding piece of my role was helping to coach and mentor team members who sat at a variety of roles within the business. A change in leadership and vision supported my departure from the business.
