Coordination of department communications internally and/with other departments of the company. Active and basic participation in the planning and smooth running of the events, marketing activities, trips, meetings and operation of the Division.
Administration support: Provide full support to Business Unit Head, National Sales Managers, Product Managers and team.
Event Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate doctors’ participation in National and International Congresses. Arrange and co-ordinate company’s sponsorships’ to National Conferences and Congresses.
Reporting and Analysis: Advertising and promotion expenses, tracking sales, disclosure to EOF, congresses expenses.
Marketing Duties: Participation in Marketing campaigns meetings, preparation of briefs to agencies, participation in marketing researches meetings. Administration of promotional materials’ creation. Contract Management: creation of all contracts related to Sales and Marketing departments. Manage and ensure that the framework for an effective and efficient system of controls operates within company.
Arrange and co-ordinate internal / external meetings
Be responsible for diary, agenda management, e-mail administration
Pricing entering to systems
Prepare corporate presentations Provide proactive and effective management of any ad-hoc project concerning the BUH’s office
