I am the single point of contact for Practice Leaders and employees, providing guidance and support throughout their career, projects and work lifetime. I build deep personalized relationships and support employees on their professional journey. I connect people to projects; I coach them on the roles they best fit to and on balancing their career goals with business priorities. I work closely with my Practice Leads to understand the business strategies and performance, and with my HR team to understand talent priorities and programs. I ensure that critical employee information is up to date and accurate. I provide coaching and guidance on career development, based on the understanding of everyone’s interests and aspirations. I work with the Employee Experience Lead to follow up on engagement, feedback, coaching and learning. And I am also responsible for working with the Inclusion & Diversity Lead to develop and execute strategies and actions to achieve objectives and measure the results and key trends in my practice.
