Sep. 2017 - May. 2021Reporting to: Global Business Development Manager As the UK Brand Lead for Bulldog Skincare, I was responsible for the launch & successful longevity of the brand globally. Brand:
• UK brand lead for; South Europe, Central Europe, UAE, Oceania, Japan, Hong Kong & South Africa.
• Manage the communication & collaboration with our Global and UK team.
• Support the implementation of our overarching strategy globally.
• Drive the innovative, fun, and disruptive nature of Bulldog.
• Coordinate & create Bulldog Brand Toolkits.
• Monitor the execution of Bulldog across the markets, ensuring consistency globally. • Responsible for the onboarding of Global Bulldog Brand Managers.
• Execute monthly global good news emails to our team.
• Ensure the global teams understand the key target audiences for Bulldog products.
• Distribute learnings, data, and trends internationally.
• Supportive role during during Annual Budget Planning periods.
• Review market insights, which help us develop appropriate strategies & communications. Social Media & PR:
• Manage photography content creation for global Instagram & Facebook platforms.
• Execute on time delivery of creative assets for hubs to implement into their social calendars.
• Manage multiple design & photography briefs simultaneously with our internal creative team (POS, Marketing Assets, social media content & OOH Materials).
• Manage monthly global PR updates between our hubs & our Bulldog Communication Manager. New Product Launches, Operations & Sales:
• Manage the launch of NPD's globally, ensuring optimum assortment for local regions. • Manage the Go-to- Market processes: working cross-functionally with NPD, Regulations & Supply Chain to ensure on-time Go Live dates.
• Support the NPD team with the product art-work process.
• Liaise with the Head of Regulations to ensure product registration is sufficient for new markets & all technical communication within brand messaging is correct.
