Beginning my journey as a cellarman at the Macquarie Arms Hotel in Windsor, I progressed through several managerial roles, including Assistant Manager at the Hawkesbury Sporting Club, and Manager at the Empire Hotel, Annandale Hotel, and Broadway Hotel in the busy Sydney market. My most recent experience includes my time at New Club Armidale Pty Ltd, where I served as the Club Operations and Venue Manager from February 2015 to March 2019. During my tenure, I developed and delivered a business plan that resulted in a staggering 490% increase in profits in the first year. Additionally, I was responsible for media, marketing, PR, and customer engagement, where I developed and executed contact and engagement strategies that increased social media connections and engagement by 300%. Furthermore, I oversaw the repositioning of the brand, staff and venue management, and the design of the venue to provide an unparalleled patron experience. I was also responsible for entertainment, functions, bookings, and the design and delivery of digital and print collaterals.
