Developed and implementing strategic HR Plan (2006-2008), Policies and Procedures Manual, HR Forms and best practices in functional areas of human resources.
Developed recruitment and selection strategies (job analysis / manpower planning / forecast), procedure, processes, kits and guide for functional managers.
Initiated Balanced Scorecard / HR Scorecard approach. Lead structural modifications and integrated career path of employees.
Developed Performance Management Toolkit, procedure, processes, guide and orientation / training program for all heads of departments and conducted the first formal performance appraisals at IU.
Formulated competency mapping with integration into recruitment, performance and training plans respectively.
Designed and deployed salary survey / job evaluation for addressing salary inequity / market adjustments.
Initiated employee involvement programs, and internal magazine which focuses on employees’ contribution with their ideas, criticism, and feedback and is instrumental as a development tool for junior executives.
Provided specialized and soft skills trainings (self / outsourced) to: AGP Pharma, AMZ Access, AMZ Technologies, AKESP, EFU-Allianz, Getz Pharma, Jang group of companies, Metatex, SC Johnson & Sons, TCS, Telenor, Union Bank, Tapal Tea, Habib IT, & Galileo International Pakistan Ltd. (Subsidiary of Emirates Group, Dubai) etc.
