-Provide excellent customer service and act with empathy.
-Resolve any scheduling issues with staff, management, and patients.
-Present treatment plans, assist with making financial arrangements, and coordinate treatment schedule with procedures as outlined in the care plan.
-Interpret information and needs between the patients and the doctor in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
-Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization for procedures.
-Process insurance claims and post payments to patient accounts.
-Routinely review and update both insurance contracts as well as patient fee schedules.
-Correspond with insurance companies, diagnostic facilities, office suppliers, and medical suppliers.
-Provide additional front and back office assistance as needed.
